Training Timetable

Our goal is for everyone to learn to paddle and enjoy the ongoing benefits of keeping fit on the water.
No-one will ever be turned away from a session however, for safety reasons we prefer that new paddlers complete 2-3 classes suitable for beginners before moving up a level.

Beginner classes are held on Saturdays throughout the warmer months of the year.

Kayaking is a water-based activity.  For your safety you need to be able to swim at least 25m to participate in classes. 

IMPORTANT:  All paddlers are required to complete an Indemnity Form before commencing a class with Kayak Fitness Inc.  This should be completed and given to your guide prior to your first paddle session.

Location: Balmoral Beach

The Kayak Fitness Inc. truck is located at the southern end of Balmoral Beach – opposite the oval.

Beginners Class (Numbers are limited)

When:Saturday 5th April 2025 (This is the final class for Summer 2025)
Beginners classes will recommence in October 2025!
Where: Meet at the Kayak Fitness truck at the Oval car park at Balmoral
Time: 8:15am for 8:30am start

Kayak Group Fitness Training Cost

  • 10 paddle card is $250
